KCS Multi Channel Hoot and Holler System using WAVE (Wide Area Voice Environment)
Easy to install and use; this product can hold it's own when comparing the features it has compared to traditional solutions. The User can access the system either by a client application installed on the PC or, if enabled, via a web browser session. The latter lends itself to conferencing and the ability for the sales team to dial in to the morning meetings. The number of channels being monitored are configurable as are how you talk back either individually or using group calls to transmit to a number of channels simultaneously. The system allows for 64 channels per network Each channel has adjustable volume and microphone level controls enabling both transmit and receive to be adjusted as well as options to latch into open line working. Configurable options also allow local playback of the most recent conversation on top of central recording. |
